When the economy is recovering and the job market is very tight; when is the best time to disclose you have a disability when you are looking for a job. Should you do it in your resume, at your interview, or after you get the job?

Experts suggest it’s best to wait to bring it up when it is relevant to the discussion. So keep your resume positive and focus on the merits of your application and how you will be a benefit to the company. Once the employer determines that you’re qualified, it would be unlawful for them to reject you because of your disability, unless you are unable to do the job.

You might want to research employers before applying. Some large corporations are very open to hiring people with disabilities.
